In the law enforcement world, not all calls and contacts are favorable. If a citizen feels that they have had a poor or unfavorable contact with the department, the staff will respond to your inquiry. Sometimes an inquiry can be as simple as a further explanation of the circumstances and others may result in an employee action being taken.
